What Is Different About Celebrity Diets from
Normal People Diets?
There are quite a few movie stars who
follow the Zone Diet including Jennifer Aniston, Renee Zellweger,
Demi Moore, Sarah Jessica Parker, Sandra Bullock, Charlie Sheen and
Jennifer Garner. The Zone Diet is Dr. Barry Sears's diet and is one
of the more popular diets used by film stars.
Celebrities lead very different lives from common everyday Janes
and Joes, so why should that be any different when it comes to
dieting. What is different when it comes to dieting for
celebrities? They usually have personal trainers and the normal
everyday person does not. They also have personal cooks and
personal fitness trainers to assist them to stay on the diet or to
keep to training or exercise schedules that can help to lose weight
or stay in shape. Another thing celebrities have that us normal
folk do not is that often the celebrity has a multi-million dollar
reputation to protect which is excellent incentive that other
individuals who are not celebrities do not have.
Film Star Diets:
There are quite a few movie stars who follow the Zone Diet

The Zone Diet is Dr. Barry Sears's diet and is one of the more
popular diets used by film stars.
Film stars such as Bette Midler and Hillary Duff tried the South
Beach Diet.
Another known diet that film stars have followed is the Atkins
Diet. It is a low-carb diet and has been followed by Minnie Driver
and Donald Trump.
There are a few movie stars who follow strict vegetarian diets
such as Pamela Anderson, who is also a spokesperson for PETA
(People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals), and Alicia
Silverstone, Alyssa Milano, Amber Valetta, Anne Hathaway,
Bernadette Peters, andBrigitte Bardot.
Along came the calorie counting diets in 1917 introduced by Lulu Hunt Peters in the book Diet and Health, With Key to the Calories. The cigarette companies loved the Cigarette fad diet with the slogan, "Reach for a Lucky instead of a sweet".

Some film stars follow diets for health reasons like Halle

is designed with her diabetes in mind.
What Diets Do Sports Athletes Follow?
Joe Namath, Jim Kaat, Bill Manetti, Leroy Burrell, Mike
Manzoori, Rick Mc Crank, Bille Jean King, and Lucy Stephens are all
Vegetarians.
Sports players eat foods that help them to achieve maximum
performance like carbohydrates for fuel. Eating lots of
carbohydrate-rich foods will encourage the storage of glycogen.
Base meals should revolve around carbohydrate foods such as
potatoes, pasta, rice or bread. Sports players should eat smaller
portions of fat-rich foods such as meat, pies, and cheese and fill
up on extra potatoes and bread. Sports players also drink fruit
juice with their meals and save milk for bedtime. At snack times
they eat fresh or dried fruit. Dehydration is a problem for
athletes so drinking water to prevent fluid loss is important and
part of any diet for those participating in sports.
Losing Pregnancy Weight Gain:
Celebrity moms follow several diets to lose the weight after
having their babies such as Heidi Klum who lost 48 pounds following
the 3-Hour diet. Kate Winslet lost 55 pounds with the facial
analysis diet. Jenny McCarthy gained 80 pounds while pregnant and
lost weight by joining Weight Watchers. Actress Leah Remini gained
80 pounds during pregnancy and lost weight using the Jenny Craig
program and by following the First Personal Diet which is a diet
based on individual's metabolism.
